Posture Recalibration
Unlocking Painful Bad Posture - Permanently

Posture Recalibration
What is Posture Recalibration?

Posture recalibration is a sensory (think eyes and brain) approach to fixing your posture. Unlike traditional approaches to trying to fix posture, we retrain your nervous system, allowing it to recalibrate and fix itself.
By using specific measurements taken from 3-planes of motion, your foot, jaw, and visual sensors, we can assess the imbalances in your body and correct them with specialised individual proprioception insoles, matched with tailor-made exercises for your specific sensory imbalances.

Posture imbalances are incredibly common and some of the causes range from:
-
Habitual lifestyle choices (prolonged sitting etc.).

-
Passed traumas you may have suffered (a fracture or hard fall, operations, previous injuries, and scars).

-
Children – miss the crawling phase of development by standing up and walking early.

-
Leg length discrepancies cause havoc, especially with one-sided reoccurring injuries.
What posture imbalances can Posture Recalibration help with?
-
Chronic back pain
-
Herniated discs

Repetitive neck pain

Muscle/tendon/ligament strains or tears always on one side of the body
